This is an experiential workshop that provides managers with an opportunity to learn and practice the art of conducting effective coaching conversations that can be applied to numerous future-focused workplace situations.

Understand why, how, and when to apply coaching in future-focused workplace settings
Analyze and recognize own coaching style and how to apply this knowledge to coaching engagements
Improve communication skills to enhance effectiveness and quality of coaching
Demonstrate how to build and sustain commitment from team members to close performance gaps
Learn and apply a variety of coaching strategies, tools, and techniques
