Andrew J. Zak – Managing Partner/Founder

Prior to founding TalentMinders, Andrew worked for a number of blue chip multinationals leading both global Talent Management and Organization Development Centers of Excellence.  He has also held senior  Human Resource leadership positions at both corporate and regional (Europe, Middle East, Africa) levels.  He is a results-oriented Leader who combines strategic thinking and business savvy with expertise in fast-paced, high growth, complex, multi-cultural and changing environments.  Andrew has been recognized for innovative, strategic leadership and counsel in transitioning under-performing organizations into top producers, and guiding other organizations through accelerated growth and global market expansion.  His global consulting and talent management experience span a broad range of sectors, including banking, consumer electronics, medical device, food, energy, manufacturing, municipal government and transportation.

Having graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder (BS-International Relations) and Thunderbird, School of Global Management (MBA-International Management), he gained diversified, global experience in multiple corporate cultures and growth-intensive, complex, business environments, including Apple, Boston Scientific, Cordis Johnson & Johnson, Kinetic Concepts and KPMG International.  Originally from Dallas, Texas, Andrew has lived and/or worked in Algeria, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.  Andrew holds dual citizenship in the United States and Italy (June 2014).
