Andrew J. Zak

Principal Consultant & Founder

Prior to founding TalentMinders, Andrew worked for a number of blue-chip companies leading both global Talent Management and Organization Development Centers of Excellence.  He has also held senior HR leadership positions at corporate and regional (Europe, Persian Gulf, SE Asia, and the USA) levels. 

His consulting and talent management experience span a broad range of industry sectors, including banking, chemicals, consumer electronics, medical devices, food & beverage, energy, retail, manufacturing, municipal government, telecom, and transportation.

Andrew earned his BA-International Relations from the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA, and his MBA-International Management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, Glendale, USA.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, USA, Andrew has lived and worked in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and the United States and is proficient in the French language. He holds dual citizenship from the United States and Italy and is currently based in the United Kingdom.
